It seems to me that the more educated some people are,the more judgemental they are. The more they pick apart other people. They observe and criticize. They look down on people and treat them a certain way based on their education level. They get this idea in their head that they are enlightened and superior, That is ignorant to me. People are people. I am leaving Ohio because there seems to be alot of that here. It's not okay to have a "regular job" here. Your a simpleton and less of a grade of human being. I am sick of ultra-snobs and fake people. Fake people that always worry about what other people think about them. They put on a nauseating facade. I am sick of people that act like robots. I am sick of going to the store and walking around with other zombies, smile once and a while, show some emotion. Oh wait you have to be drunk to be nice. I give up. Yeah Im generalizing and stereotyping get over it.

Wow, like previously was stated before, don't let the door hit you on the way out. If you are going to put Ohio into that type of a category, you are going to have an extremely rude awakening when you leave. You seriously sound like you have not traveled that much. And I am not talking about a few months here and there because that is not long enough to get to know an area and its people. Wow, so narrow-minded it's not even funny.

Best of luck to you though, but get a much, much better attitude. You sound like the negative one...

Thank you Cortland girl.....Traveler its like you have some kind of vendetta towards me! Hey then everyone on this site is narrow minded technically.. This whole site and the forum questions are narrow minded ,and aimed at blanketing people. Are you annoyed with me because my dislike for Ohio isn't based on facts and figures? Did I say something that really bothers you personally?. Are you the type of person I speak of? My area makes me negative. I have tried to be myself and that is not allowed here. I am a nice person.

It's like that everywhere. Don't let people like that get to you. And consider that if you're sensitive to people looking down on you because of your "regular job," maybe it's because you yourself don't like that job.

Boy, are you ever!! Ohio is one of the few states where blue collar and white collar actually work well together. And, whether the raging "righties" want to admit it or not, much of this has to do with the fact that blue collar often means "union" or, at the very least, prevailing wage. If you think that elitism is an issue here, wait until you move to an area where "regular jobs" are for bottom 1/3 of the earning scale.

It sounds to me that you've confused the educated people with the snobbish ones. While they can be one in the same, most of the educated people that I know (myself included) empathize with the plight of the "working man." Ohio is one of the few states where you'll find that this is the case. Go to a right-to-work-state and see how your "regular job" status is valued.

Get off your high horse! I have been nice to you in the other thread saying "I understand" and asking where you were moving to. But you never responded back. So I have been nice to you, so don't even go there. You can't tell emotion over the internet. There is not problem on this end, so you can stop thinking that. I am typing the truth. Your expectations are kind of narrow-minded. You take your problems with what you are saying about Ohio and are limiting them only to Ohio. It actually is kind of ammusing to read. Maybe once you move and live in that place for a few years, you will see the same exact people you are describing in Ohio.

I guess you miss a lot in my posts and reply to only what you want to. But I have continued to wish you luck. It is just your generalizations are funny, and you will find those same problems in every region of this country. And everyone will tell you so...
