I heard the story directly from the kid.

Again, don't have a problem with the speeding ticket.

The question is about if mirandaizing a kid & placing them uncuffed in the rear seat of a police car (with the K-9 dog) & badgering them about drugs is common practice.
The Yankee T-shirt part was a joke ... You heard the story from the kid and you are SURE you got the whole story?? Yeah okay ...
There is NO way the trooper put the kid AND the dog together in the back seat, that part doesn't pass the stink test, K-9 dogs are NOT "friendly".
Probably just got a speeding ticket and wanted to make up this big exciting story related to it.

Yeah I was ready to call BS on this story when I read the part about putting the kid in the back with the dog.

The dog was in the car with him. There was a partition between the dog & the kid, but the intimidation factor was still there.

Believe what you want, this is not BS, the kid is not lying.

Thanks everyone for your input.
