Sorry I'm unable to answer that until I know if you're referring to "Columbus, OH" or "Columbus, GA"? (I'm so easily confused... )

Here's the deal with Cinci. I lived in Cinci and it wasn't until I lived there that I discovered that there was a Cinci - Cleveland rivalry. It's one of those one-way rivalries like Chicago and New York. New Yorkers don't know much about Chicago and yet Chicago is always insisting there's this big rivalry and competition when there isn't one on the New York side.

Clevelanders don't have this competition with Cinci; I've stated this before, and Motorman is a great example, Cinci is and remains jealous of Cleveland. Cinci is quite upset that it has been upstaged by the dumpy, gross city on Lake Erie. This goes back to the 19th Century when Cinci was the Queen City. Cinci is, however, a nice city with a nice downtown area.

Sorry, I don't see any jealousy towards Cleveland now, in the past it's possible, there's just no reason for it what-so-ever today.

Glad to hear the jealousy and rivalry or no more. By the way, how did Cinci's answer to Cleveland's Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame work out? Something like the American Classical Music Hall of Fame or some such title Cinci conjured up that I think turned into a huge taxpayer money pit. I still believe that the name ''The Banks'' was Cinci's answer to Cleveland's ''The Flats''.

Yes Cleveland has a lot of great stuff going for it that makes it a unique and desirable place to visit or live. I hope your region stops losing population soon.

My region is growing; Cleveland's will be growing again, so no need to worry. I may relocate to Cleveland in the near future. By the way, the regional population loss is limited, so far, to the 2000-2010 period. I hope Cinci's population can break 300,000 again.

I mention this because of the RNC reception at the Art Museum.
