Has anyone attended the Ohio Renaissance Faire?
Was just curious if it would be worth a 3 hour drive
from where I am relocating to (New Philadelphia area).

Ohio Renaissance Festival

I've attended the Bristol Renaissance Faire in Bristol, WI
and really enjoyed it. But with gas prices, etc. these days,
I'm wondering if it's worth the drive.

I also saw a Renaissance Festival near Pittsburgh, PA.
Any info on that one as well would be appreciated. Thanks!

That one's actually about 1/2 hour closer than the Ohio one!

I've been to the Ohio Ren Faire twice over the last 15 years and had a great time each time. Although I've never been to any other Ren Faires and have no way of judging how it compares, I've heard it's one of the best in the area. It's set up like a small village, with many vendors, games, shows, food (huge turkey legs!), mead, music, actors wandering the grounds in character - generally a fun time. I'd say go and enjoy the day!

Thanks much! The info and photos on the website looked like it was comparable
to Bristol - Bristol is one of the best faire's around, so I've heard.

Looking forward to checking out the Ohio Faire as well as maybe the Pittsburgh one too
