700K to spend? That will get you at least a 4,000 square foot mansion in Toledo. I would recommend Perrysburg, maybe a riverfront property with some land. Ottawa Hills is nice, but its surrounded by higher crime areas.

You will live like
royalty in Toledo. Ottawa Hills is the highest priced area. It dosent have alot of crime and alot of the "whos who" lives there. It was even rumored actor Katie Holmes was checking out a house there to be near her family when she visits. Im poor and live in the city so I dont know much more about the place, they pay good money to keep people like me out.

Ottawa Hills is an upper scale place to live in Toledo.

I hear Tom and Katie actually have a home there now, but yes, Ottawa Hills is

YES !!! At your price range homes in sylvania/perrysburg are new or fairly new whereas homes in ottawa hills will be a bit older.....
