Your best bet would be to vote for Nichols Hills or Downtown.
The Classen is in Uptown/Asian district...23rd and Classen.

Went ahead and voted for downtown living.
I thought the area around Lake Stanley Draper State Park was pretty cool too, It feels like you are out in the boonies but you know you are maybe 20-25 minutes from downtown. I also liked the Lake Ovelhoser area.
