You can adjust the headlights yourself. It's no big deal and not a warranty issue.

And, what kind of noise are the brakes making? Squealing? That's just grit between the shoe or pad and the calipers. Again, not a warranty issue.

Yes these are issues!!! Its a 2010 Nissan Frontier on 36,000 mile warranty, only 15,000 on it, I didnt pay $25,000 to have the headlights out of aliegnment, or to just listen to the brakes Squealing. The service guy tryed to tell there was nothing they could do about the brakes, after I said no I cant live with that noise after paying $25,000 for the truck, he changed the brakes, my attorney was fixing to make a trip to the dealership.
I was not about to lay down and let the service tec get by with it. Besides with a new truck it should at least last till warrantys up, plus a few mile more.

My husband and I have both owned new Nissan's and have never had trouble with them. My husband drives more that I do.
I'm sure the issues that you're pointing out are annoying, but it's not like the car needs a new engine or transmission. There's usually an extra extended warranty that you can purchase that will cover the types of complaints that you have.
