I quit my job for good cause and when i quit the employer agreed with me that i was quiting for a good reason because my supervisor was threatening me and sexually harassing me. I applied for unemployment and was approved because the employer did not reply to the issue so they thought i had cause for quitting.

two months later the employer appealed it and i had a hearing which the employer lied through, saying my supervisor was a co-worker and that i didnt have good cause because i didnt report it to "the right person" which I did report it to my appointed boss for 6 months straight. I lost the hearing and my benefits were denied.

I then sent a letter of appeal to the board of review, and it has been almost 6 weeks and i havent heard anything. what are the chances that they will see that the employer is lying and reverse the decision?
