About 75 miles, I think. And about 85 to OKC. A good day's shopping trip, though there are closer places, like Seminole. Just depends on what you're looking for - and if you took someone else along [like me], they could contribute to the gas.

I have sent you a Message with housing prices for the area.

We chose Duncan for several reasons, the biggest one being that my Father lives here. Also we came without jobs and wanted a slightly larger town with more options available. Houses seem to be less expensive here too. (as you will see)
