we are locating to the omaha area and we have a family of 4. How are the high schools in this area and is it safe to raise a family.

Pretty sure that area is zoned for Northwest High. It's a decent school from what I can remember.

oh, i just checked and it is west high school, it looks like a good high school. any opinions?? i really think that area looks so nice...established... thanks for answering though!

yes, i do... you know i live out of state and i can say that i always hear that "millard" is the way to go...but quite honestly, i am beginning to disagree with the "stats". i hear that the happy hollow and the 90th and pacific area is a GREAT place to raise a family. i have children that are artists and not really in "the swing of things" and they are great kids and not "gangstas" what do you all think!!!!!

I love that area of town actually. Seems like the homes would be pricey around there. I don't know much about Westside. I knew some people that went there and they made out just fine.

northwest high is the 90th and fort area.


westside is the 90th and pacific area.

ralston high is 90th and q area.

papio south is 90th and hwy 370 area (aka middle of nowhere)
