In-N-Out is good and all, but I consider it slightly overrated (like Joe's) and overhyped. It's just a decent burger joint with three items on the menu.

You don't eat at In-&-Out for the quality. It's a cultural thing.

That is true. Thats also why they have built a distribution center in Dallas Texas in the last year or two. That SHOULD mean Omaha could get one as we are now about a 12 hour drive from their distribution center.

It helps, but far from a sure thing of course.

I know of a few people back home who would be really pleased. So hopefully.

I would rather have a What-A-Burger than In & Out.

Where are those?

Heard of them, but only vaguely. Just the name really.

The south, from New Mexico to Florida as far north as Oklahoma.

My favorite fast food behind Runza, the honey butter chicken biscuit is AMAZING.

Joe's Crab Shack is just okay.....if you are in Omaha than you should try Absolutely Fresh Seafood's Shucks restaurant...it's locally owned, freshly flown in seafood and they know their stuff!
And agreed, In-n-Out Burger is a West Coast hotspot for fast food burgers that are pretty darn good but more than likely will not be arriving in Omaha anytime in the near future. Still trying to locate a good Pork Tenderloin Sandwich somewhere in California but not having any luck and husband has been dying for one....suggestions anyone?

I'm happy about Joe's Crab Shack. The only thing they have that's good is their crabs. The dungeness crabs are great. Don't bother ordering anything but crabs.

Joe's is OK, we have one here on the Sac. River. The food is average but its a good place for birthday parties, retirements etc.
