I am looking for a room and have the following options.

1. Jacaranda at Malvern and Basque, Fullerton
2. Frances Circle at Beach Blvd., Buena Park
3. Artesia Blvd at Beach/Artesia, Buena Park
4. Lariat Place at Harbor Blvd., Fullerton
5. Holder at Knott, Buena Park
6. San Hacienda Circle at Knott and La Palma, Buena Park
7. Knott Avenue at Orangethorpe, Buena Park
8. Valley View at La Palma, Buena Park

I am concerned about the safety of the place. If anyone is familiar with the areas, please give me some comments about the places. I am currently not in OC, so I can't really check out the place myself.

Thank you for your help in advance.

5, 7, or 8 are all good enough areas.

8 is probably the best.. Valley View and La Palma is a fine area to live in, lots of families and such and the rest are mostly Cypress College kids

Fullerton is safer I would say since I live here. Having a Cal Sate University, a law school, and an optometry school, along with Troy high school, the community is quite nice. Just don't park your car on the road or you will get ticketed. You do have some good spots picked out though in Buena Park

I live inBuena Park and well, it depends on where you live, really.

Where I live its perfectly safe, I live in Northern Buena Park near La Palma and Cypress; its a great place to live up here but basically, most of around here [including Fullerton] is great.

Default Fullerton

The area you are refering to near Malvern and Jac is a great area with lots to do and the people are very friendly. You will be close to downtown Fullerton and get to explore all that it has to offer. BP is a little more spread out and you will have to work harder to find the right spot to live and play.
