Yeah, but there's a huge homeless encampment on the Santa Ana river next to the Angel Stadium.

The county broke up and dismantled that encampment. Something LA dosn't have the guts to do. Now the homeless are dispersed all over N OC and HB

Oh yea and our census count just came out with a double digit increase in homeless in OC. Homeless here enjoy their life and refuse all help to shelter them. When we had the river trail encampment there was a trailer there every day with people trying to help them. ....That population just grew. The enablers that brought them everything they could ever need sure didn't help matters any.

Unfortunately there is no real solution. Many things have been tried and work a bit, but usually with those who want out of it. The street homeless in the mai,n are alcohol or drug impacted (Voluntary choice) or are mentally ill and ... no viable option is available for them so ...... get used to see them and what they leave behind.
