I know! That's why I wondered if this is something very special about this complex...

Does everyone ask for income min?

I asked them, would they reduce the price if I paid them 6 months in advance, they told me they can not take money in advance, which is strange as I would have expected that if they have 6 months rent in advance, they shouldn't worry about the income requirement. Strange.
Anyhow, I was just making enquiries and thought it may be helpful for people to know.

I'm sure they have income requirements to make sure people don't get in over their heads but that seems awfully high. I don't know anything about that complex specifically. Is it owned by IAC (Irvine Apartment Communities)?

I really don't know. Don't recall them saying that.

By the way, that "door to door" paper you suggested..I found it on the web. Very, very useful. Thank you.
