The submarine ride at Disneyland! OK not the most important topic of the day but with all grouchy threads floating around on the 'net I thought some of you that remember the ride from way back when would get a kick out of this news. I recall as a lil runt some 40 years ago getting a hoot out of the original silly ride with all of the fish on a string and goofy looking underwater props. Opens back up today albeit slightly more high tech :P

The subs are bright yellow instead of the pale gray they were back in the day. I saw the large billboards off the freeway. I'll take the fam up there this summer and give it a try.

I wonder if it's still an "A" ticket ride?
