I am so disgusted that my sister is unable to sign up with Charter because she happens to live in a Modular Home community that has a contract with a "****" provider that only gives her 14 mgps downloads She has to put up with this and I'm wondering if anyone knows a way around this sort of situation??

They pay the same as I do for Charter, yet their service is that slow.

You may not like Charter/Spectrum, but in Coos Bay she doesn't have another, better option.

Any help appreciated

Talk to the neighbors maybe and demand that the community allow residents to hook up to Charter. If that doesn't work, move. It sounds like that community sucks.
