One of the worse casinos in Oregon state! If you like golf, then it may be alright but as for the casino, and buffets forget it. I have been gambling for a very long time some 50 years and found that the Indian casinos seem to be the worst. Wildhorse used to be a damn good casino until they built a hotel, and it was still fairly good until they brought in a marketing team. Now the machines are not only very tight but the pay outs when you win are very low. As for the buffet, I would not feed my dog that crap!

It's a shame how greedy these people have become!!

That's pretty much my experience at every casino I have ever been in Oregon. They are filthy dirty, they reek of tobacco smoke, the food is mediocre at best, enough to give you food poisoning at worst, and I think tight is an overstatement to describe the payouts. You put your money in and it's gone. I guess they want to get your money before the smell drives you out the door.

How they stay in business, I have no idea. They seem to make most of their money by catering to the lowest common denominator of people. They seem to make a lot of their money renting parking spaces to homeless van people.

I still don't understand the draw of OR/WA casinos. I get much more bang for my bucks in Nevada, even after the airfare/gas, etc.

I had been a regular visitor to Wildhorse over the years. In fact, I visited them when they were operating out of a mobile home at their current location back in the early 90's. Around the mid-90's they built a new casino on the same property that featured a "tropical" motif that today is the main floor of the expanded casino.

Continued to visit and was a comped guest for over fifteen years. Moved away but still visited whenever in town. Then suddenly my comps were gone. Was told that my play wasn't enough to continue comps. Nice. This is thanks for a decade and a half of patronage. Never again. They have lost my business for good. They need someone in their marketing department to understand how to retain players.

That's their marketing! If I don't go for say a month the comps go down and the reality is they don't give you very much.... I'm a gold member, and they give me $50 a week I live in the Tri Cities Wa. so it's a long drive to spend their $50 and then pour my money into their machines lol! Oh and no carry over...smh!
I usually go to Legends Casino in Yakima Wa. at least they don't take your money as fast......

Been a long time since I have been to any Oregon Casino's. I know I never had much good luck. I would rather go to Vegas. It is a two hour flight and if you plan it you can get very cheap air fare. There are so many casino's to go to each one is unique
