I"ve watched the news and there seems to be plenty of snow in Oregon but I don't have any here. They've closed i-84 going east, and require chains on the highways in Portland.
Do you have snow? If you do what city are you in?

I'm in Salem and we've had snow all week. We have really bad ice now with many trees down.

We have about a foot of snow - not the problem it is here that it is other places, because we're more used to snow. There have been some serious accidents on Hwy 97, though.

The snow is getting just high enough that the smaller dog can't really bound across the snow anymore, though, she's more like a snow plow as she pushes through....

I am in Sherwood and we have about 8-10 inches of snow on the ground with a nice layer of ice on top of it.

Don't see too many cars moving along 99 either. I live near a hill and there is no way that I would be able to make it up that hill....I drive a Kia Rio

We have snow up here in PDX. Our area got about several inches yesterday, and it's snowing now. Here's a pic of my beautiful lavender tree about to keel over....

It's snowing here in Bend as I write. We have less than a foot at my house, but they are promising another couple inches today and more tonight and lots more on Santiam Pass

I'm in Lincoln City and the sun is out at the moment and it is in the 40's. The bad part is that I have been trying to get to Salem for 2 weeks. Highway 18 is still closed.

Wow! Great snow pictures. Having lived in the eastern part of Oregon I do know what having snow is like. It can sure cut down on the traffic through cities. I do miss how it looks so pretty, but I don't miss the ice.
That Lavender tree does look like it may fall down.
