I hope you speak spanish and you dont have kids. - I grew up in Forest Grove which you probably now know, borders Cornelius and I wouldnt move back. Forest Grove used to be a wonderful small town, and has some incredible old houses, and a nice little college, but IMO, I wouldnt move back to FG just due to Cornelius. Small town it may be, you couldnt pay me to walk around there after dark!
Just out of curiousity, why did you buy a house there?
Tiffany

Very high Hispanic population. 2000 Census was 30%, and keep in mind that the percentage is for documented workers. Very high unemployment rate, lots of crime, although there are a few decent neighborhoods there. Too bad you couldn't have bought a house in Hillsboro instead. The Light-Rail ends there. Also, Hillsboro is much larger than Cornelius.

You are answering a question that was asked almost three years ago.
