Looking at different areas and would like to know thoughts on the subdivision Skyridge Valley phase II in Clermont. Is it a nice area to live in, and what are some of the features that it offers. I read it has a rec center, what is it like and how are the parks and other amenities. Also is there a community pool around the area that you can join?

No, it's not a very nice subdivision. Do a search for Skyridge and start reading.

I guess one "good" thing is that the police are very familiar with it.....

It's not a terrible place to live if you are comparing it to Parramore or Pine Hills, but it's far from the most desirable neighborhood in that general vicinity.

You can join the pool at the NTC. I have no idea what the cost is.
