Hello, my parents and my self are moving to Orlando, Fl and are looking to buy a house. Since we are relocating our budget it's not very high
so every time I start doing research on houses for sale there are lots of nice looking houses that show up on Poinciana
. I've been trying to gather information about nice quiet places to live at but all I've found about Poinciana it's bad
but the post are old. Could someone tell me or guide me the right way?
Is it really that bad out in Poinciana?
My parents lived near Americana Way and OBT for a while
and I know that was not so pleasant but we dont know that much arround the area. I'm getting kind of desperate could some one please be so kind and give me some advise. Thanks

look for short sales in the northern suburbs, Altamonte, Casselberry, Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford, Deltona. You can sometimes find fixer uppers for a good price. Sometimes you can even find move in ready for reasonable price.

Why are you chosing that area anyhow? What is your budget? There are plenty other places that are much more desirable.

I agree with you too!
It doesn't even need to be a short sale either. There are alot of foreclosures that are a good bargain too. I second the northern suburbs also.

Rent don't buy. Once you get here you will have time to cruise around and see what is available. There is no big rush anymore because prices for most homes is still going down.

so every time I start doing research on houses for sale there are lots of nice looking houses that show up on Poinciana
. I've been trying to gather information about nice quiet places to live at but all I've found about Poinciana it's bad
but the post are old. Could someone tell me or guide me the right way?
Is it really that bad out in Poinciana?
My parents lived near Americana Way and OBT for a while

It doesn't even need to be a short sale either. There are alot of foreclosures that are a good bargain too. I second the northern suburbs also.
