Can you share any thoughts about MetroWest? Considering Sabal Palm At Metrowest and not sure of the area?

Tisk tisk...told you in the other thread to stay away from that Metrowest area (Kirkman Rd). West side of Kirkman is okay, and that's a mere okay, but East side of it is horrible.

Well, I personally would go with The Cottages out of those 3.

Rapallo...I know where it is and have passed it often, but never been there or know anyone that's lived there, so I don't wanna give any unfair/false info on the complex. BUT, and I know there's always someone out there that will take offense to comments so it's just my opinion, I would say to stay away from Kissimmee as a whole. I guess the complex is technically on Orlando/Kissimmee borders, but if you go SE of OBT (441, 17/92), it's a crappy area...and if you go down John Young towards 192 you'll see the same. Kissimmee's never been great, but it's steadily gone down hill over the years.

Camden: Eh! Just another standard apartment complex..nothing great about it, but I can't hit on anything bad per say either.

Cottages: It's just the nicer complex of the 3. Not the standard 3 or 4 story apartment building. Depending on the floorplan you go with, some have 2 levels & vaulted ceilings..so no one above you or beneath you. I have a friend who recently moved from NYC and she lives there now...she says she really likes it.

The one thing I couldn't tell you about any of them though is the property management factor, so that's something you definitely want to check out. And if possible, visit each one.

@OTown...SUPER Thanks!

Honestly, some other posts had scared me away from the Cottages b/c they suggested it has alot of crime...but they are def on the top of my list of contenders! I love the newness of the Rapallo but am figuring HC is prob a better neighborhood than Kissimmee.

Thanks again!!

I have a friend that lives in the Cottages who seems to love it. I live in Camden currently and have found the management to be atrocious.
