Does anyone know where I could take my vehicle to get repaired from a mechanic in the Winter Springs/Oviedo area or thereabouts? General work, nothing specific like just transmissions or just brakes. I'm suspicious of them all now after getting scammed several times, so I need someone with a good track record.

I took my car to Mechanics Plus off 436. Problem turned out to be a fan belt needed replacing - for $90? They also tried to repair my link struts or something and change my oil for an extra $700.
I had to repeat what he said, as I wasn't sure my ears heard correctly. Not sure I'm going back.
