I am thinking, not in the state of Florida.
Sometimes there is free land fill available but top soil is another story. Unfortunately we need it too, but figure we will end up paying a few thousand to get grass in our yard to grow and outdo the weeds that have taken over from lack of care by previous owner.

Sometimes there is free land fill available but top soil is another story. Unfortunately we need it too, but figure we will end up paying a few thousand to get grass in our yard to grow and outdo the weeds that have taken over from lack of care by previous owner.
