HI, I've lived in Orlando for about 13 years now...so im pretty familar with it.

I just wanted to get some opinions on what you guys think.
My boyfriend is currently living in Windermere and i am near UCF (on University Bvld). We are planning on moving in together within the next year. Our jobs are both like 5 mins from where we live....so we are trying to find a central spot to move to so one of us isnt' communiting more than the other everyday. We came up with, well DT as the central spot...and we arent too excited to spend the $$ to live there....yeah he lives in Windemere.....but he doesnt make the big bucks like im sure some of you are saying to yourself!! (He's actually in debt a lil bit because of grad school).

So i mean...is DT the really only central spot...is there anywhere a lil bit outside of DT?

Thanks for any thoughts everyone

May want to check out Conway, Lake Como area, Lake Highland, College Park, Orwin Manor if you like the old school looking homes or Baldwin Park (way high HOA fees) or this neighborhood off Bumby near the pool hall and TG Lee which I can't for the life of me remember the subd name.

Ocoee is great ... I work downtown and it only takes me 20 minutes on the 408. Getting to UCF would only be another 15 minutes or so ... I've got a friend that lives off Holden Ave just south of downtown, too ... can be a dicey area around Orange Blossom Trail, but east of OBT has some good locations ...

And i do like Ocoee a lot too!!

anywhere near the 408 really works well for me because it ends right into Research Park near UCF...and i work in Research Park...i think really anything near the 408 could workout..for me atleast haha
