It depends on who your utility provider is, how well insulated the house is, what setting you keep the HVAC at, if you plan on heating the pool in the winter, and any other number of factors. Averaged out over a year, most likely in the $250-300/ mo range. Could be a lot more or a little less depending on your specifics.

On the other end of the spectrum... I have a wonderful Spanish Colonial that dates to the 1920's. I have a large pool that we do not heat in the winter. My square footage is just over 4000, and my monthly OUC bill (including water, electricity, gas, sprinkler system) averages between $750 - $1200/month. The summer heat with these old window KILLS our bill. Your house is much newer and better insulated (we have done what we can, but there is only so much we can do without ruining the architectural integrity of the house) but having moved here from an area that produced a lot of electricity, it came as a shock to us. Good luck.

I like in a 2500 sq ft home, single story. No pool. Crap windows and old AC. Daylight shines through around my backdoor. I keep the house around 77 in the summer and 73 in the winter. My OUC (electric, sewer, and water) runs 175-250 in the winter and 350-600 in the summer (June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct last year and then a noticeable drop on November's bill).

Size of home doesn't matter as much as actual usage. I've known people in 2/2 apartments have a bill as high as $179 and people in 4/4 3300 sq foot house two car garage have a bill as low as $160.

Quite frankly a house the size though with OUC or TECO or FPL will run you between 250-300 and 400-475 average over the year. Mont to month will vary.

There are many variables.. do you turn the air to 66 degrees or, 79? is the equipment old and inefficient? It the home insulated? radiant barrier? spray foamed?, good windows? With good answers to these you could be int he low 100's with normal probably 300-350

They say for every degree you change your bill 20% when it comes to AC...
