A good buddy and I are heading to Orlando for Memorial Day weekend. It's been a while since we've both been single at the same time so we're trying to treat this like a bachelor's weekend getaway. We're both in our mid-20s, good looking, with solid educations and stable careers. So where would be some fun places for us to go out and meet other attractive women our age? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Just go downtown and bar hop on Saturday night. There are loads of bars. What kinds of bars/clubs do you like?

Yes Pete is absolutely right. I"m a lil bit older but my personal recommendation, if you want to make a full night out of it, start in Thornton Park and work your way onto Central Blvd, to Orange Ave, all the way to Church st. Some of my new favorite places the Avenue, the Other Bar (inside Wall st.), NV, Vixen, Vanity, and Kasa.

Yeah, definitely check out Wall St which has a bunch of bars in it, many recently redone.

If you like the craft/upscale cocktail scene, check out The Courtesy (unmarked, but on Orange Ave just north of Independent Bar next to Saddle Up). Also The Woods...take the stairway to the left of The Lodge which is a very tacky bar). NV is a really neat art bar with a 3rd floor speakeasy called Hanson's Shoe Repair. To get up there though you need to call ahead to get the code texted to you.

Vanity is the best club downtown, hands down. Sky Sixty is also worth a stop for a rooftop vibe if you like electronic music.

After you've hopped around a bit, might I suggest a nice stogie on the patio at Corona Cigar Co., where you can enjoy some great people watching and mingling.

Great show at HoB tomorrow night with four of the best local bands. I personally know at least a dozen single and pretty women who plan on attending. It will be over early enough (midnight at the latest) that you can continue into downtown to hit more bars there if you want.

I second Sky 60! Awesome club and some great EDM music! Finnhenry's across te street from the beacham is good for cheap drinks and good music. There's also the Basement on Pine Street with its $3 patron shots!!!!

Yes sir, well below it technically. My favorite night out is catching a flick at the Plaza, grabbing a slice at Gino's (RIP), and enjoying a great cigar on the porch people watching the insanity on Orange.

Mine would be the movie, start the drinking at Finnhenry's then on up to Sky 60, then to one of the sausage carts, and be a participant in the drunken insanity lmao
