I worry more bout my grands opportunities when people are not invested in a "HOME" -

The first article said it's a seller's market with 7600 listings on the market?

VTGal read on--

but last month the area had more than 11,500 listings

Then maybe you need to put your money where your mouth is and buy a place. In an area with a million or so people, having 1% of the real estate listed makes it a sellers market. Inventory is low.
