It's largely a middle to upper middle class/mostly Caucasian residential area with good schools and low crime, one of the best suburbs in the metro area.

Very Nice area. Has a Sun Rail stop. Will be much better when SR 434 widening is complete. Been under construction for a while now!

It's a fairly affluent area. Older homes, more established neighborhoods and somewhat woodsy area due to proximity to Wekiva State Park. Great family area.
