Depending on ur house price range. Winter park has Seminole county as well. I drove around winter during my search, house in 200s under is not a place I would feel safe for my family. Desirable area in winter is 400s or majority more than 500s. I end up in lake nona. Of course nothing compare to winter park as far as location, but safe and good schools.if u can afford house in higher end. Would stay in winter park. Any area in blue font street names in winter park is area that I like but can't afford

I see a lot of people suggesting Windermere but the high school there is only rated 5/10. Is that the best to be expected in the Orange County area?

Olympia High School, which is the main high school for Windermere proper, is rated 8/10 on greatschools.org.

Olympia is rated 8/10. West Orange has improved greatly according to the district grades as well as to parents- however, windermere homes zoned for West Orange now will be zoned for a new relief school in 2017.
