I am in a 5 mile radius from DTown- rehabbing a smaller house-like a key west a cottage as it is just myself - but has everything on my wish list. All the grands & friends want to come over
all the time - because its a perfect grandma house. Last thing to add - kids are welcomed on my block- you don't know how many places I lived that they snubbed my kids for making noise etc.
