We just moved to the Doctor Phillips area and are looking for a local barn for our 13 year old daughter to take lessons. She was very involved in riding at a barn back in Maryland, and I'd like her to continue that down here. She's been pretty depressed since we moved, and I think getting back into riding might help.

A friend of mine took lessons here for a long time, and it wouldn't be a horrible trip from Doctor Phillips. (It's off Tiny Road in Winter Garden.)

Orchard Hills looks like a really great community. We gave some serious thought to building there before we moved down. (The floor plans just didn't quite work for our family.) It will be incredibly convenient for Sunnybrook Farm, though.

We loved the community and have family by John's lake so they'll be nearby. We checked in Windermere but after choosing options on the house we would have been maxed out. Decided to go with Ryland instead since they gave us 22k bonus (10k for closing and 12k for options). Just waiting for them to finish building.
