When they leave their neighborhood I don't think they expect everyone to speak their native tongue everywhere else they go.

I don't care what it is, Spanish, Swahili, Pig Latin, whatever.
As long as it's consistent I don't care. I'll learn it.
I hate flipping through 10 pages of languages every time I want to assemble my new furniture.

LOL you only need to know Chinese on the furniture LOL -- OK-Ok NY I guess because grew up with them every winter season as a kid--

OK so California has these languages for the DMV
