Hello All...Finally moving to Winter Springs in February. What are the areas to avoid in winter springs? A little nervous about the move but I think anyone would be starting out in a new area. Thanks in Advance.

There really aren't a whole lot, other than perhaps the older sections on the west side closer to 17-92 which aren't so much bad as depressing/ bit run down in some instances. In addition the south side was pretty heavily impacted by the housing crash in terms of neighborhoods where it's evident there were a lot of foreclosures or short sales. If buying, I would limit my search to Tuscawilla or the newer east side neighborhoods closer to Oviedo.

I am actually moving there in April. I bought a new townhouse in the Jesup Landing development. It's way in the back. I currently live in Oviedo but I was renting. I've been around there a lot I actually like it.

Perfect Thank you guys a lot. I move in February just wanted to make sure it was pretty nice. I'm excited but also nervous. I will be renting first then will look to buy a home later on once i get used to the area and look at all the neighborhoods.
