Greetings all!

I've been lurking on these boards for a couple months now, and it's come time for me to seek your advice. I currently live in the Four Corners area, but would like to sell my townhouse and move to one of the buildings around Lake Eola. It's always been a dream of mine to have a swanky condo in a highrise, and I figure now is a good time to do it. That being said, I checked here, and a couple of other message boards and many of the reviews of these buildings are 3-4 years old. I was wondering if anyone had any insight as to the pros and cons of these places. Solaire, Waverly, and 101 Eola have been the ones that caught my eye the most, but any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

I'd like to stay at or below 200k for a one bedroom, around 280 or less for a two bedroom. I don't necessarily need the second bedroom, but it's a nice to have if the price makes sense.

Waverly was built as apartments and isn't similar quality to the other two buildings.
Be sure to check the maintenance fees as some places are a smidge out of control.

Solaire is a great condo within walking distance to the hipster (for lack of a better word) shops and restaurants on Summerlin. From what I hear and have seen from the residents the HOA is a little tough, and the owners are on average middle age on up.
