The headquarters in Lake Buena Vista, FL (aka. "Team Disney" building which is located across the street from Disney Springs) is the company's East Coast corporate offices (as stated previously the global headquarters are in Burbank, CA), in addition to this building, they also have corporate offices at Disney's Hollywood Studios (backstage areas not accessible to the public) and in Celebration, Florida.. The type of jobs in these offices are in fact high-level administrative and corporate-level positions, everything from financial analysts, IT, media relations, legal, executive-level, etc.. As expected, these positions are HIGHLY competitive.. Your best bet is to review open positions on the Disney Careers website: https://jobs.disneycareers.com/ and try to connect with a Disney corporate recruiter..

As far as the commute and living, I know a lot of corporate-level Disney employees live in areas such as Dr. Phillips which is a family-friendly area with good schools or other parts of Orlando.. I would not recommend any of the areas immediately around the Disney resort as these are high-tourism areas that are not appealing to a family looking for a community..

Thank you. That’s very helpful! I’ve been in contact with the Disney recruiters. They’ve approached me about some positions.
