Amway is also owned by the city.

A city or state shouldn’t ban a politician because they don’y agree with them, especially when that person is our president lol.

They didn't ban him. The Trump campaign choose the venue.

Anyway, Sunrail or even parking at a shopping center (Fashion Square, Walmart, etc.) and doing the Uber/Lyft thing may be your best bet. If you park on the outskirts of downtown, you can use the Lime bikes to get you there and back more quickly than walking. Those are $1.00 plus $0.15/minute.

You could also park at a meter near ORMC and use the ParkMobile app to feed it every 2 hours if the meter has a limit.
Did you see the people who attended this event on local TV?
I don't think any of them have ever seen let alone ridden a bike.

I didn't go but I know someone who went. I don't know they're politics but their very rah rah support the troops kind of people.

They said it was disorganized. There were no TV screens. I guess Amway isn't used to handling large crowds.

That's silly. The basketball games may not fill up consistently, but they have near-capacity events all the time.

As usual, aax is trolling. We went yesterday and it was fantastic. The one thing I remarked on was how GREAT it was organized. There was no chaos nor were there any issues with unruly people. The line was long to get in but it went fast! I've waited for rides at Disney for much longer. The place was full and there were indeed screens outside for those who didn't get in. I don't know how many were outside, but I don't think it was that many - people were scared off by the idea of 100,000 people coming and by the rain (lightning, etc). We drove down around 4:30 pm and it was a BREEZE. Everything wide open. Got off at South Street and parked in the first garage we came to. Again, wide open. Walked over and waited in line about 40 min or so. Once inside we watched as the whole arena filled up. They had special music and a few people spoke. A woman came out and gave a prayer, another woman came out and sang the national anthem - oh my, she was fantastic. I usually hate the people who sing the national anthem at sporting events but this woman was spectacular. Then Don Jr spoke for awhile and they played music in between speakers. People were milling around and getting concessions. By the time Trump came out the whole place was filled with only a few single seats open here and there (with open seating, people don't usually bunch up together). The crowd was electric and when it was over, everyone left in a very orderly fashion. The train station did seem to be kinda crazy and we were glad that we drove. We got home in no time as the roads were wide open. All in all, a fantastic evening and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
