Comment about Chase. People SHOULD care with whom they are actually doing business. The name on the building is misleading and I guess that's the point that was being made. "Chase Bank" doesn't exist as a federally chartered financial institution...that is correct.
The name of the bank makes a difference how exactly?

Anywhere in 32819 and also 32836 is a good place to live, the best town in Orlando. If you buy a home here your chances of making a profit on it in the near future is higher than any other place in or around Orlando.

Pissarro Drive is in an older apartment complex-turned-condo. I lived there in the late 90s/early 2000s. Nothing wrong with that area, but I don’t know how that complex has held up over the last 20 years.

You obviously don't know it too well either. Otherwise, why would you suggest Heathrow to someone that works on I Drive, goes to school on Kirkman Rd and is looking at things in the low to mid $200's?
