Is Summerlake a good place for families or is there a lot of vacant foreign investment properties and rentals? Is traffic a big challenge?

It's a good area, to my knowledge, and I believe most of the houses there are owner-occupied.

It's right off of the 429, which doesn't typically get backed up at all. Easy access to Disney, easy to bypass Disney and his I-4 West of the theme parks, and easy access to the Turnpike, 408 (to downtown) etc.

It's a good area for that price range. Mostly owner-occupied ownership as far as I know. Popular with families. There is normal rush hour traffic, but nothing unusual.

I've assisted several clients with purchasing in Summerlake and they have all been owner-occupants. They love the community and its location near the Hamlin shopping center and Disney!
