How are these neighborhoods like?

Is it safe to be in one of these neighborhoods?

How is the population like?

Eh… Think Pine Hills, but Puerto Rican instead… Looks decent, but is kind of rough.
You’d probably be fine there in terms of safety, but you’ll probably hear all sorts of commotion at all hours, from bike gangs causing a ruckus on Semoran or Goldenrod, to police sirens, helicopters, and street racers.

What makes you ask?

Countryside... Off of W. Colonial?
If so, it's a fine area, kind of like an extension of College Park. I had considered moving there. My only concern was/is its proximity to stuff like Magic Mall, JYP, Mercy Dr., etc. Not sure how much of that nonsense spills into the neighborhood. Considering the real estate I see there, it seems like it would be well-controlled. The homes there are beautiful. You're close to everything there, quite literally, from College Park's many offerings, to downtown, to stadiums, to some of the best ethnic markets in Florida (Asian, Caribbean, African) and also to the hood. It's an odd location.

Question: What are you looking for? I (we) can probably recommend areas based on your needs and budget and what we know, as locals.

When I looked up “Countryside,” Niche and Realtor directed me to Semoran (SR 436) and Hoffner (SR 15) behind the big plaza with the library branch. I’ve never heard of the neighborhood referred to as Countryside.

I’d avoid 32822 altogether. If you’re looking over there, Conway (west of 436) is much better. Zips 32812 and 32806.
