Hi,

We are moving to Lake Mary, FL from Nashville in early Oct 2021.
If you guys can recommend affordable safe apartment community/area (good school district is not a criteria for us), it will be be really helpful.

Also any small rental townhomes recommended?

Regards,
Nikunj

There is very little available as most properties are running at or close to 100% occupancy in Lake Mary. The Helix, Integra Crossing and Broadstone Viridian are your best bets probably as they're brand new and still releasing new units to rent as we speak. They're also likely to still have introductory lease specials as well. The Helix is offering one month free right now which might help a lot with move-in cost given their security deposit is just $250.
