Can anyone recommend a condo or apartment complex that will accept a four month lease that is not outrageously priced? I am doing an internship and need something v. close to Disney, but somewhere I would feel safe living alone, and is in the ballpark of $600-800. Any suggestions? I've search and search and can't find anything that meets all these criteria. I know, lots of criteria!
Thanks!

Cool - it's worth a shot to check if they take short term leases! Can you tell me the name of the complex? Thanks!

Check craigslist for temporary/sublets. Some people are moving and want to sublease their apartments. Sometimes you don't even need a security deposit b/c they leave it for you.
