I am looking for nice apartments in conway area. I'm single and would like a very safe apartment or condo and can pay 800+ a month. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks!

Valencia, Siesta Lago, Registry at Michigan Park, and possibly Bell Isle Apartments seem to be cool and safe.

Valencia and Bell Isle are actual apartment complexes. Siesta is a kind a hybrid. It's a condo complex, but you could be renting from the actual apartment company or renting a someone's condo. When I inquired about a 1 bedroom there this summer, I was told there was a waiting list. The Registry is a condo complex, so you'll be renting from an individual or property management company instead of a company that owns the entire building like an apartment complex.

I toured Bocage Village once and was pretty impressed. It's an older complex but it's safe and quiet. The floorplans are well sized and the apts include a wet bar. Plus the reviews are pretty good.
