Did anybody see this guy the other day? He had some nerve! He was standing there right next to the drive-thru lane. As people would drive up to the window to get their food, he would yell at them to give him some money. I asked the girl at the take-out window if he were asking all of her customers for money, and she said she hadn't realized he was doing that. She said he kept bugging them by banging on their window and asked them to give him dollars for change over & over. I'm surprised she didn't wonder where he kept getting the change. I'm the type that will give money to somebody when they look like they need it, but this guy was very heavy-set and looked like he'd never been short on a meal, so I really didn't feel that he needed my money. The girl shooed him away once she realized what he was doing. As he walked away, I realized that he didn't have any pants on! Hopefully there were underwear; I couldn't be sure, since his long shirt covered his privates.

Panhandlers are brazen in FL. It's very common for them to stand outside fast food places and hit up customers for spare change or a burger. I don't mind feeding someone if they are hungry, but have an aversion to giving them money when I have doubts what they will spend it on. It's not just Kissimmee, either. Orange Blossom Trail has more than it's fair share of panhandlers.

Well, since the last place I lived was Houston, I was used to seeing people on the sides of the roads begging. However, they didn't scream at me for money, AND they were fully clothed
