NOt sure what you mean by "planned community"? Just about all of the newer neighborhoods are "planned" developments by the builders with HOA's and an overall design to the entire neighborhood. Heathrow, Timicuan, Alaqua Lakes, Tuskawilla and neighborhoods up and down are just a few. Or did you mean the "live, work, play" type planned communities like Baldwin Park, Celebration, Avalon Etc? If so, Nothing comes to mind like that in Seminole County.
