Thanks for the Craigslist data. I will probably go with someone from there.
You have all given me some good insight.

There is another thread on 1000 reasons to hate Orlando. I would like to start on that reads "one good reason to love Orlando...it's you guys.
Glad we could help you. There are some threads on here about reasons ppl love Orlando. Just do a search. You are going to have the naysayers, but it's what you make of it. I like in the Lake Mary area which is right by Heathrow. The area is great and very convenient. Trust me, it definately beats Albany. I came from the Poconos is PA b/c I couldn't take the winters anymore. It's not that I don't like snow, it's the fact that the winters last 8 months up there. I can't stand to be freezing all the time. On the other hand, it does get hot here for quite a long time which I don't care for either. But, I much rather be able to go outside and go to the beach or a pool than be stuck inside for months. I got SAD really bad when I lived in PA. I need my sunshine and FL definately took care of that!

We have so much to do here if you take advantage of it. There's a great dog park in Sanford that you'll have to take the dogs to. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
