There is a Seito in Celebration too-always fresh sushi.
California Grill at The Contemporary Resort (Disney) has Yoshi one of the top rated sushi chefs in the country.
Kimonos in The Swan is also very popular with Japanese tourists.

I love the all-you-can-eat sushi at Suki Hanna in Hunters Creek near 417. $21.95 per person Sun-Thur and it's great!

Another vote for Seito. Pricey but excellent. If you are in the Longwood area, Bayrdige on 434 is also very good.

The wife and I love Amura on Sand Lake Rd with Shari in Thornton park a close second.

Our two favorite rolls at Amura are the Rolls Royce and Napoleon.

Service is hit or miss there.
