Greetings everyone.. My wife and I are looking at UCF/Seminole State to finish our education. We also have a 6 year old son who will be coming with us and Id really appreciate some feedback about the area and perhaps some suggestions on apartments in the area. We've looked at Tealwood Parke, University Walk and Oviedo Town Centre...

Out of the three I think Oviedo town centre is the best. It's new, in a quiet area that will soon be part of Oviedos new town center. And it's right next to the Oviedo aquatic and gymnasium facilites.
