Yes. Many cities on a lake consider it a waterfront.

Orlando has waterfronts in them because of the many lakes but it's not a waterfront city like Jacksonville, Daytona, Miami ect.

Ok..OP...what do you mean by a waterfront city?

There is a small lake in its downtown, if thats what you mean by Waterfront. But its not a significant body of water, so I wouldn't call it a water front city. There are many lakes scattered throughout the metro though.

Orlando has a lot of small lakes, but it isn't on the ocean.

A park on the waterfront. Events like concerts, festivals, farmers markets that take place on the waterfront. A recreational usage of the area.

There is a farmers market on the waterfront every week, and many other events and festivals.. Most recently the 4th of July.. So yes by those standards I guess it is.

Try downtown Sanford Riverwalk or Crane's Roost in Altamonte.
