Like the Air sedan, the upcoming Gravity SUV looks sophisticated and is aerodynamic, fast, long-ranged, and expensive.

It’s an intriguing vehicle. I wish I had more faith in Lucid’s ability to continue operations in the mid and longer term.

Production set to start in late 2024...if no delays arise...which means delivery in early 2025 if all goes well.

Yes, this probably should have been their *first* vehicle. The Air series of sedans have great performance specs and have gotten great reviews, but sedans of any type are just not the biggest sellers these days, let alone a luxury electric sedan that typically runs $100k+. To date, unit sales of the Air have been disappointing.

Apparently they are getting close. Throttle House gets a first drive, albeit of a pre-production model.

I west to Family Day at Lucid about 10 days ago since my son works there and saw a few Gravity's, it's what Lucid should have opened up with. Also my son test drove the Air, very impressive.

Oh nice, I am jealous! That would be interesting I am sure. And agreed, and hopefully this second model will have more commercial success. I imagine it's a cool place to work, and not so easy to land a job - they are setting their ambitions high. :-)

The factory tour was awesome. What I was most impressed with was the family atmosphere and how things were set up for the kids to enjoy, my 5 years old grandson had a blast.

I asked a company rep about their financial situation and he said they have enough operating capital for 10 years which surprised me given the downturn in the stock price.
